Highlight feature

ADMIN-4124 | Faster user list in Publication Rights

Opening + User in Publication Rights used to take a long wait before the user list showed up. The call behind that list is now optimized, so the list loads much faster.

Result: Admins can add users to a publication without waiting on an empty list.

Bug fixes and improvements

  • ADMIN-4089 | Process forms now support more than one upload field, each field keeps its own file after the form reloads. Before, uploading a file and then touching another field that reloads the form. ADMIN-4089
  • ADMIN-4111 | Fixed Instant Search in the Add Users and Add Team panels of Publication Rights dropping items selected before the search, Save now keeps every selected item.
  • ADMIN-4103 | Fixed SSO users getting their roles and teams reset to the default ones after each login, changes made by an admin in Admin UI are now kept.
  • ADMIN-4134 | Fixed the page breaking when moving between publications in list view, list view also no longer shows an expand arrow that made child publications show up twice.
  • ADMIN-3972 | Fixed the sidebar expanding or collapsing on its own after clicking a menu item, it now only changes when the user clicks the toggle button.
  • ADMIN-3974 | Fixed the priint logo in the top bar changing size between pages, which made the layout jump.

When enabled, duplicated publication structures now receive recalculated sort values in the destination location. The root publication is placed at the next available sort position under the target parent, and cloned child publications have their sort order recalculated to keep the copied structure ordered consistently. PRIINT-12891Handle retries when performing Object Storage manipulationsOur object-storage-sdk now provides a way of passing in a parameter that retries file uploads up to a specified number of attempts. This only works for non-streaming uploads, but we barely use stream uploads so far.
Our planner-engine and rendering-service got new properties in their config added (search maxUploadAttempts in the docs for detailed description). All our file uploads from these two apps have been changed to respect that setting when uploading files.
PRIINT-12897Neowise Country is missingFixed incorrect country mapping in TextDto, PriceDto, and CordDto. The country value is now correctly retrieved from the context’s country field instead of the well name.
